Myofascial Release Therapy

 Myofascial Release Therapy approach connective tissue (facia). Facia is strong connective tissue that spreads around bones and muscle, organs, and blood vessels all over in your body. Over time, facia can tighten cause of muscle tension.  Myofascial Release Therapy is focused on relieving facia tension by using slow movement, heavy or light pressure, and stretches in a distinct way.  Myofacial Release Therapy is good for a person who feels muscle pain, has restricted movement, and chronic pain caused from trauma, inflammation, and poor posture.

 Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) helps speed up the healing process after surgical procedures by reducing swelling, reducing fluid retention, and reducing bruising which helps decrease pain, sensitivity, touch- avoidance, and reduces the risk of infection. MLD (post-surgery/post-plastic surgery) treatment is recommended for people who have undergone plastic surgery procedures such as liposuction, tummy tucks, breast surgeries (augmentation or reductions), mastectomy, and Brazilian butt lifts to help improve the healing process after the surgery procedures.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a light, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of a swollen limb.
